The Information Technology branch was approved by AICTE in June 2003 with an intake of 30 and 6 Lateral Entry students during II Year.
PROGRAMME PROSPECTUS
The field of Information Technology imparts technical Knowledge in the following areas including C Programming, Operating Systems, Database Management, Management Information Systems, Information Security, Advanced Java and XML programming, Basics of Electricals and Electronics Engineering, Data Structures using C, Java Programming, Linux Programming, Web Programming, Component based technology, Cloud Computing, Multimedia Systems and Mobile Computing. This would emphasize on domain knowledge of various areas, which help the students to build software application on it.
